I've just got back from a most enjoyable night out. We went to a bar just down the road from my flat and for most of the night they were playing 80s and 90s music. Of course when MC Hammer came on I had to text [livejournal.com profile] padfoot_uk

There are lots of photos and even some videos but I shall post them tomorrow. I need to go and read some more of my shitty Mills & Boon book and try and finish the bastard thing.

Oh, and they also played Christmas songs which gave me the chance to show off my Kirsty McColl impression. I say impression but what I mean is singing her half of Fairytale of New York quite badly. A few years ago when Greg and I were bored we learned the song. He learned the male bit and I learned the female bit and we'd then sing a duet in the office whenever it came on the radio. To this day I still know every word of the part I sing and only a small percentage of the rest.

Oh, and I had cocktails. Mmm!

Only two people have voted in my Merlin icon poll

Doesn't anyone care? :(

Maybe I'll stick to making Smallville icons. That will make [livejournal.com profile] drusplace happy ;)

First of all I must apologise for my self-indulgent whining this morning. I'm blaming the hormones. I seem to be feeling very sensitive about everything at the moment, hence my Merlin angsting last night.

Anway, I'm over it now. Sorry about that.

Derek and Lord Matthew have headed back to London now and as promised here are the photos and videos from last night

It makes me all kinds of happy to know that the Take That boys are so close that their kids play together.

They're just all so cute!

I hope you're all watching Take That Come to Town ;)

Austin is out. Rachel is still in. I am not a happy Hils.

Looks like I'll be rooting for Tom now.
