Gained a pound this week *sigh* I was so close to not being overweight anymore. It'll be those drinks I had with work on Friday that did it, even thought I tried to have healthy stuff. Ah well

Got my appointment with the nurse today to get my next batch of the pill. At least I've lost over half a stone since she last saw me so I suppose it's better than nothing

Lost 2lbs this week. If, somehow, I can lose 4lbs this week then I will be at the top end of the 'healthy' weight range for my height.

Unfortunately even if I manage it I'm going to London a week on Friday for 5 days so that's bound to put it up again. Then it's Christmas *sigh*

Progress is being made but verrry slowly

I lost 2.5lbs this week which I'm really pleased with especially with all the naughty stuff I ate this weekend.

Interview is at 9am. If those who are up could send me positive vibes that would be great *bites nails*

Lost a whopping 4lbs this week. It'll have been that bloody lethal walk on Saturday that did it. LOL

Alas I am now on a break from the diet while I celebrate my birthday and go on holiday so I expect to have a lot more weight to shift when I get back in October. I'm not going to deliberately eat unhealthily but I'm not going to avoid nice food.

I've got a few days this week left to eat diety food.

Gained 2.5lbs this week. That was my weekend in London *sigh*

Every time I get to the half stone lost point I seem to put a couple of pounds back on, just because it seems to coincide with me going away somewhere for the weekend. Ah well

No trips away this weekend so hopefully I'll get rid of the weight I put on and maybe a little extra. Definitely not going to get to the 'not overweight' point by my birthday :(

Ah well, I've got this week and then after my birthday/holiday I'll start again.

Lost a pound and a half this week. 6 more pounds and I will no longer be classed as overweight. WHEE! I was hoping to have lost all I needed to by my birthday but I only have 2 more weigh days before the party and I'm in London this weekend so I don't think it's going to happen

Ah well, the important thing is that I be not overweight when I see the doctor next in December. Should be fine at this rate :)

Gained half a pound which I'm really pleased with considering the amount of rubbish I ate this weekend.

There were people yelling outside my bedroom window at 4am this morning. It wasn't the usual people though. I didn't recognise any of the voices

Lost a pound this week. Probably would have been more if I hadn't had MacDonalds for breakfast on Sunday morning and cake for pudding on Sunday night. Ah well, it's coming off slowly but surely

I went to bed early last night and was asleep by 10pm. There were no drunken students so I feel wonderfully refreshed this morning.

Weighed myself and have now lost half a stone in total. WOO!

It's a good day today, apart from having to go to work. LOL

Lost a pound which isn't bad considering I wasn't doing the diet properly and I quaffed rather a lot of alchol on Saturday. I'm happy with that

Just had a really horrid Weight Watcher sandwich. Only ate half of it

When I first started this diet I thought that 18 points really wasn't very much but now I'm struggling to eat my full points allowance. I'm not going to eat when I'm not hungry. I've found that the reason I put weight on before wasn't because I was eating too much, just that what I was eating was really fattening. Now I've amended the way that I eat so that I have more healthy things I'm finding I can eat just as much as I was before and still have points left over afterwards

Lost 3.5lbs this week. Not quite as much as I hoped for but a start. I dunno if things will slow down now I've done a week or whether I'll continue to lose 3lbs a week if I stick to the diet. We'll see I guess.

Dinner with Laura was actually not that bad. We didn't really talk much about work at all just general girly chats so maybe I was overreacting :)

Things getting a bit silly at work. Boss's deputy is moving to another office for at least 3 months and she needed a replacement. It came down to me or Greg as we've both been there the longest and both passed the management assessment. She chose Greg. I didn't really mind, although the extra responsibility (and money) would have been nice but when Greg asked why she chose him over me she couldn't give a reason other than 'I had to pick one of you' Greg wasn't really happy with that so now we're going to take it in turns. He's going to deputise when boss goes on holiday next month and I'll do it the next time. Kind of reminded me of a parent teaching children to share a favourite toy by making them take turns with it. It was almost patronising.

I did feel quite guilty though. Not sure I'd have questioned the decision if she'd picked me :(

Get weighed tonight. I think I've done pretty well with sticking to the diet. I was a bit naughty yesterday but I did have some points spare so hopefully it'll be ok *crosses fingers*

Well, I've recovered from the shock of this morning and am now all bouncy. Normally I would celebrate something like this by eating lots of naughty food but obviously I can't do that now. I've saved up some Weight Watchers points so I can have a few drinks with Greg this evening and I'm going to go and see The Island at 6pm

WHEE!!!

The weekend will be the real test. My mum will want to cook me all my favourite meals and I'm not allowed to eat them :( We're going to Hartlepool Quay on Sunday and I shall have to make sure I'm good while we're out too. It would suck if I didn't lose any weight after my first week, or worse put some on
