Just had a really horrid Weight Watcher sandwich. Only ate half of it

When I first started this diet I thought that 18 points really wasn't very much but now I'm struggling to eat my full points allowance. I'm not going to eat when I'm not hungry. I've found that the reason I put weight on before wasn't because I was eating too much, just that what I was eating was really fattening. Now I've amended the way that I eat so that I have more healthy things I'm finding I can eat just as much as I was before and still have points left over afterwards
