hilsI've just got back from a most enjoyable night out. We went to a bar just down the road from my flat and for most of the night they were playing 80s and 90s music. There are lots of photos and even some videos but I shall post them tomorrow. I need to go and read some more of my shitty Mills & Boon book and try and finish the bastard thing.
Oh, and they also played Christmas songs which gave me the chance to show off my Kirsty McColl impression. I say impression but what I mean is singing her half of Fairytale of New York quite badly. A few years ago when Greg and I were bored we learned the song. He learned the male bit and I learned the female bit and we'd then sing a duet in the office whenever it came on the radio. To this day I still know every word of the part I sing and only a small percentage of the rest.
Oh, and I had cocktails. Mmm!
