Dreams and stuff

Some strange dreams last night, not all of them unpleasant

First of all I was Tom Welling's assistant and one evening I decided to give him a head massage to help him relax. I think it was just an excuse to touch his lovely hair. LOL. Tom liked it so much he asked if he could keep me but I said I didn't think Jamie would approve. Damn my morals! ;)

Then I had a dream that I was attending Hogworts, only all the people I went to school and university with were there as well as all the Harry Potter characters. Dumbledore gave me a tour of the school but for some reason we had to hide from everyone else. At one point Snape caught me but some sort of spell made him think I was someone else. It was all very weird

Yesterday I remembered I had a dental appointment today. I had totally intended to cancel it as I'm at my parents but I forgot, so I'm going to get the train into York in a couple of hours so I can go to my appointment and I'm going to meet Jacqui for dinner. Also means I can pick up my allergy pill and lexalicious70's birthday present which I was going to mail this week and then left it behind. D'oh!

I really need to get some writing done today. Clark and Lex haven't even met yet!

My dental appointment lasted all of 5 minutes and cost me £35

I have to go back in a couple of weeks for a small filling and some cleaning which is going to cost me another £65

I hate the dentist!

It's funny, I almost didn't post this one because I didn't really like the way it was cropped. Most of Lex's face is missing, but out of my Lineage batch it was the one that got the most comments

I was going to watch Sorority Boys tonight but I forgot I need to watch the next 2 episodes of Smallville.

It saddens me that I have to almost physically force myself to watch the show these days :(

I was having a conversation with jacqui_hw this evening about how sucky it is when writers clearly don't give a shit about the show they are writing to the point where they don't even research the back story. She found the same thing in That 70's Show.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't so invested in Smallville because fandom shouldn't be this painful. I wish I was involved in Heroes, Supernatural or BSG. I love all those shows but none of them have ever inspired me to write fic.

Meh! I feel all miserable and depressed again.

Weather

I went outside for the first time since Saturday today. What? I had fic to write, games to play and Mum-Ra left the fridge well stocked before she went away ;)

Uh, so it's offically Autumn now, right? You can tell. It's bloody cold and getting dark at about 7pm. I need a new winter coat but it'll have to wait until next month now I've got my stupid dentist bills to pay. I also need to book my train tickets to Cardiff for when I see James in November.
