I finished Sims 2 on the DS last night. Well, sort of.

It's all a bit strange

Cut for those who haven't fnished it )

So it's back to Final Fantasy III for me with some Animal Crossing in between

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] jacqui_hw for the heads up about this

Check out the featured article on Wiki today. It's been six years since The Pilot of Smallville aired. There's even a cute lil picture of Michael as Lex.

I would watch The Pilot to celebrate but the Season 1 DVDs are in York :(

Well, happy Smallville day anyway. Let's take a moment to remember the days when the show was good and not a soap opera all about Lana before Season 7 starts tonight

I have a question. For me it's easy to determine a fake English or Irish accent on TV but is it the same for American? See, to me, Michelle Ryan's accent was fine in this but I don't know. Any thoughts?

Bionic Woman 1.1 )

3 episodes of Season 6 left to go and it's worked out quite well really. I can watch Noir and Prototype tonight and then Phantom and Bizarro tomorrow. YAY!

Hey, you never know, Season 7 might not suck :-S

Mouse Gaurd wasn't quite as cute and fluffy as Dogtanian but it wasn't as dark as Watership Down either. Or maybe it was but I'm just less sensitive to that sort of thing now that I'm older. Either was it was very good

Next on the list is I Am Legend by Richard Matheson. Both Dave and Greg were horrified that, as a fan of the vampire genre, I had never read this book. So I had it thrust as me with the insistence that I read it ASAP. LOL. I hear and obey.

I made a couple of Noir icons just because I wanted to. Because I haven't got my Season 6 DVDs yet (wah) I've used screencaps kindly made by [livejournal.com profile] oxoniensis

Usual rules. Credit if you want to take any, comments welcome, please don't customise etc

I'm not cross posting these as I will eventually do a full set (in the far and distant future given that I'm not halfway through Season 2 so far. LOL)
