It's the ultrasound from Lex and Clark's lovechild. Lex went off to Metropolis and had it in secret sometime between Zod and Sneeze.

Not to me. To me, Lex looks as though he's grieving in that scene. It looks like he thought it was a baby too. Not to mention he was SURPRISED to hear about it in Static, when no one could see him. His dreams suggest to me that he was under the assumption there was something freakish about the baby, hence perhaps the urge to destroy the evidence, but still. I blame Lionel. He's a ass.

The problem with a lot of this is that it is entirely ILLOGIAL to believe that pregnancy symptoms can be faked that way. ENTIRELY. You can't pump Lana full of hormones and have no effects other than a few fainting spells. Doesn't work!!
