It's pretty obvious that you don't make basic grammatical errors. If anything, you're annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs. As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they're only human. And it's humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes.

It's reaching the stage now where I think I need to take my laptop back to the shop. This morning when I booted it up I was told that startup hadn't completed correctly and Windows had to repair itself. Once that had been done it worked fine but I really shouldn't be having this much trouble with a laptop that's only about 6 months old.

I'm pretty sure it needs a new hard drive so it's probably best I do it now while it still works and while it's still under warranty. This way I can back up all my data before I take it in.

This is what I get for not buying a branded laptop I guess.

I should have known

PC World are notorious for being shit. Yet I bought my laptop from them anyway because it was cheap.

Having asked around and done some research it seems that all PC World will do is send it back to the manufacturor to replace the hard drive. They won't give me a refund or let me exchange the laptop because I've had it for more than a month.

They say repairs can take up to 6 months.

Buggered if I'm going without my laptop for 6 months! I'll just do regular backups and when it eventually dies for good I'll get a new one, not from PC World, and one that's a decent brand.

kazzy_cee recommended her Sony laptop and now I work for Fujitsu I might be able to get a discount if I buy one of theirs.

Still no sign of my Cafepress stuff or Heroes DVDs. WAH!

Night of geekery tonight where I commence playing Marvel Ulitmate Alliance with Dave, Greg and Andy. I'd rather be playing Justice League Heroes but I just know if we did all the boys would fight over who got to play Batman ;)

Call me Super Hils!

We formed a kickass superhero team and there was much...well...ass kicking. LOL

For the most part our team was as follows

Spider-Woman - Me
Moon Knight - Dave

It was much fun and I look forward to playing again next week
