Fandom names

Let's ignore my wallowing misery and talk about something fun.

Fandom! Fandom is fun, right?

So, flickums wanted to know why shipper names are always silly (using Spander and Pepperony as a couple of examples)

Go to it, flist. Why are they all so silly? And to make it more fun, tell me the silliest ones you've seen. Make some up if you want.

flickums came out with a couple of good ones

Optimus Prime/Megatron = Pregatron

Ten/Rose = Toes (Ok, that one doesn't quite work but it's funny)

Me too, I love that bit, and I say it lots, and nobody gets it. *sigh* Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, the movie that should have been 100x more popular than it was.
