I actually meant to poll about this a while ago but I forgot.
I'm just curious how many of you 'fix' photos of yourself with Photoshop or whatever before you post them on any sort of online site
Personally I don't, but I did make my hair a bit more red in an icon of myself that I used to have, and that was only because the camera didn't pick up the colour properly. Mostly what you see is what you get

Date: 2008-06-16 02:24 pm (UTC)For example - I have some great photos of Dunnottar Castle in Stonehaven. The evening we went the grass was almost blue green and the castle had a shadowy effect to it as it was just before sunset. The photos looked ok on preview but when I downloaded them to the computer they were much lighter then what I thought they should be - so I added some blue and darkened the shadows which made it much more hor I remembered it!
