Greetings from writerconuk! It was a fairly hellish start to the day when my train was delayed by an hour. This is the second year I have had weird train problems. Still it wasn't as bad as the year I was delayed by 3 hours due to cows on the line.

Only ended up being 20 minutes late which, considering I'd planned to arrive super early anyway was no big deal. Only got here about 15 mins before kazzy_cee

I have had beer, a delicious pulled pork sandwich and in about an hour we will commence with the quiz and other fun Friday night activities. Right now we're all just hanging out in the bar and because we're all geeks we're all on our various computing devices while we chat

Oh, oh, and I opened my birthday presents this morning because I'll be here for my actual birthday tomorrow

8 – Do you write OCs? And if so, what do you do to make certain they're not Mary Sues, and if not, explain your thoughts on OCs.
I tend to not include OCs not for any real reason beyond I like playing with canon characters. And I must say I dislike the wording of this question. Why are you assuming all OCs are female?

I have no real problem with OCs male or female so long as they're written well and feel like real people, which is the same conditions I put on the canon characters
