A couple of things

I'm still really annoyed about the internet thing, even though it's at least partially my own fault for not password protecting it in the first place. Ah well, as I told tariel22, I'll probably be able to see the funny side in a couple of days. That girl really was a dumbass. I really wish I'd yelled at her more but I was so stunned by her nerve that I couldn't find the words.

I have a late driving lesson tomorrow which means at least some of it in the dark. There is also heavy rain forecast all day so that's going to be fun :-S

I have totally failed to do any writing or icon making this weekend. Ah well, my week off starts after work on Friday. I'm hoping to have my clothes swap fic finished by then so I can use my week off to do my remix. We'll see how it goes I guess.

I keep checking the Collectormania site expecting to see that Michael has cancelled. I don't know why but I just have an uneasy feeling about it. tasabian thinks the filming of his new movie might clash with the con so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Well, Michael has signed on for an extra day of photo ops at Collectormania so I'm guessing he wouldn't have done that if there was any doubts about him being able to go. I feel a bit better now and I am SO getting my photo taken with him on both days. I shall buy my tickets (and my train tickets to Milton Keynes) next week when I get paid.

Would it be petty of me to send the girl next door an invoice for half our internet costs for the last 2 years? I'm thinking so but I am still really annoyed at her cheek. Told the guys at work about it this morning and they were as stunned as I was.

Edit: Gah! Ok, the cheaptest single on qjump which is where I was looking was £85. Now that the national rail site is working they have cheap tickets for £40. MUCH better. Now I just have to hope they're still available next week

I feel miserable. Getting this con sorted out is stressing me and it so wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for the driving lessons. Meh! Well, there's always going to be something else I want to do and it's taken me 28 years to stop procrastinating and learn properly so I'm not going to stop now.

My driving lesson today was kind of sucky. I still can't reverse around a corner and I just felt like I was flailing for the whole lesson, even doing basic stuff.

I'm going to go have dinner and wallow in misery. Maybe playing some Sims later will cheer me up

Ok, I am being a dumbass. I was thinking I would block book 10 lessons but really there's no point. I don't get a discount any more and this way it means I'm not forking out £200 in a month where I really need to save the money. Far easier to spread the money out and just pay for my lessons on a week by week basis.
