A couple of things

I'm still really annoyed about the internet thing, even though it's at least partially my own fault for not password protecting it in the first place. Ah well, as I told tariel22, I'll probably be able to see the funny side in a couple of days. That girl really was a dumbass. I really wish I'd yelled at her more but I was so stunned by her nerve that I couldn't find the words.

I have a late driving lesson tomorrow which means at least some of it in the dark. There is also heavy rain forecast all day so that's going to be fun :-S

I have totally failed to do any writing or icon making this weekend. Ah well, my week off starts after work on Friday. I'm hoping to have my clothes swap fic finished by then so I can use my week off to do my remix. We'll see how it goes I guess.

I keep checking the Collectormania site expecting to see that Michael has cancelled. I don't know why but I just have an uneasy feeling about it. tasabian thinks the filming of his new movie might clash with the con so I'm not getting my hopes up.

I used to have unprotected net then I learned how to set a password on the router. I also have network magic a program that shows you how many people are connected to your net. You can also tell it to lock out anybody who you don't want using your net.

Hmm. Well . . . remember how awful Michael felt when he had to cancel the Mexico con? I'd have to say that after that experience, if he is going to make the movie, there would be some kind of understanding on the part of the producers that he'd still want to make the con.
Besides, it seems like his role in the film isn't very big. I'm sure he'll make it, babe!

He's now scheduled for photo-shoots on 2 days, which has to be a good omen, right? *hopes* Maybe he stipulated with the movie deal that he get the Collectormania weekend off....
