Gained a pound this week *sigh* I was so close to not being overweight anymore. It'll be those drinks I had with work on Friday that did it, even thought I tried to have healthy stuff. Ah well

Got my appointment with the nurse today to get my next batch of the pill. At least I've lost over half a stone since she last saw me so I suppose it's better than nothing

General health

Nurse was delighted with the amount of weight I've lost :) Aparently it equates to about the weight of an average newborn. LOL.

Blood pressure has gone down too which is good, but aparently I need to do more cardio-vascular exercise. So, after Christmas I'll be going running 3 times a week for 30 mins

OMG!

Today our moronic IT department randomly deleted my computer account instead of transferring it to the new place. I should be up and running by Thursday when I start the new job but tomorrow I will essentially be able to do nothing whatsoever. It's a good job it's my last day and I'm having the afternoon off to get my hair done.

I feel like crap. I'm cold and tired and I just want to go to bed. I may well do that, although jacqui_hw and I are supposed to be having pancakes tonight so I might have to force myself to stay up for that
