Films and slash

So, I watched The Blair Witch Project with robhu and Andy tonight. Utter shite apart from the last minute or so which was, admittedly, quite scary.

Then we watched selected highlights of Curse of the Black Pearl and I horrified the boys with my suggestions of Sparrington. Guess they should stay away from this then. Hehe

Right, it's nearly 1am and I need to go to bed now

Woke up this morning all sneezy and snotty. Probably brought on by a mixture of getting drenched yesterday and the fact that Jacqui has been poorly for a week

Went to work but by lunchtime I felt like I was starting to get a chill so I asked to go home

Got drenched again on the way home. Will mostly likely die of pneumonia now.

On the plus side nice senior manager (who I chatted to on Monday) randomly popped in and asked if I wanted to borrow the BBC version of Neverwhere. WHEE! I read the book years ago and thought it was amazing. I think I need to read it again though to refresh my memory. I also need to find someone with a VCR who won't mind me borrowing it. We're a DVD only house here.

Right, I'm going to curl up on the sofa and watch a DVD while I have lunch and then I'm going to bed where it is snuggly and warm
