Well, that was a good start

I've spent the last 2 days learning how to cope with stress. Putting it into practise is a lot harder than they make it sound. One thing I was told is that I have to learn how to say no to people

Just had this conversation with Tom, bearing in mind I've just got back from a 4 hour train journey.

He says

"I've left the kitchen for you to clean tonight as I'm not doing your washing up for you."

What I SHOULD have said was.

"Fine, from now on I'm not cleaning up any of your shit then. I'm tired and I want to go to bed. It won't kill you to do a few dishes."

What I ACTUALLY said was.

"Ok, I'll be down in a bit."

I SUCK!!!!!
