It's the Weekend!

hilsMade it to the weekend and even though I had last Friday and this Monday off it still feels like it's been a long week. That's probably just how life is these days. Everything feels long and exhausting.
Yesterday was actually nice and quiet at work. Unfortunately this meant I had no excuse not to start tackling all my annual mandatory training. I had 12 courses I needed to do and I managed to get through six of them. We don't actually have to have them finished until next March but management wants everyone to get them done sooner rather than later so I'll have to try and do the rest next week.
Had a very chill Zoom chat with the Newcastle gang last night. There was only 3 of us this week so we just hung out and chatted rather than playing any games or anything.

madamoisellebon that I'd get to the end of episode 30 before this evening so we can watch some more together. I don't think we'll actually end up watching any of it because there's more Reboot available now. But the sooner we finish it the sooner we can watch something else. Overall I am still enjoying it but, like most shows, there are parts that seem to drag a bit. I finished 28 yesterday evening so I'll watch 29 and 30 this afternoon. Annoyingly Viki has changed its interface which makes screenshotting for livetweet purposes more difficult.
In k-pop news SuperM's new album dropped yesterday. I've only listened to it once so far but overall I like it. Some tracks are stronger than others but there's nothing on there I actively disliked.
They've also dropped the video for their new single, which I like a lot. It's a mix of two songs from the album but they go really well together, and the tracks stand alone really well as well. I'm just waiting for my favourite YouTuber to post his reaction to it. I also spotted that he's done a reaction to that beautiful dance video that I posted yesterday. I'm saving that for this evening so I can watch it withamedawg18 who has been on the same voyage of discovery as me.
But speaking of entertaining reaction videos, while I was poking around WayV content on YouTube I found that the guy who does a podcast with Dezzy March (the youtuber I mentioned above) has done a reaction to one of my favourite WayV songs. He's not quite as good as Dezzy but, honestly, you haven't lived until you've seen a grown man blushing and laughing over a boyband singing about sex. At one point he's laughing so much he has to leave the room because it's Too Much. It's a shame the official video for the song is the version in English. The Chinese version from the album is better I think.
