Still not 100% on board with this one. The voiceovers are a bit melodramatic and I do wonder if everyone around Ollie is a total idiot considering no one has realised he's Green Arrow. I suspect the bodyguard is going to figure it out pretty soon.

And I'm right in thinking that Laurel is Black Canary, right? It'll be interesting to see how that transition happens.

Mostly I'm distracted by the number of CW regulars appearing in this show. Every other actor I'm all 'Oh, they were in Smallville and/or SPN'

We'll see how it goes. I'm willing to give it a few more episodes to win me over

You're right about Laurel/Dinah, yes - not sure where that infamous sonic scream might come from...

I've just finished watching the pilot, and I'm kind've 'eh' so far, tbh. Everyone seems a bit too sleazy at the moment. But hey, it's only the first episode, much may and probably will change as the show finds its feet...

The voiceovers are daft, I totally agree.

And the fact that people haven't connected Ollie's return with the appearance of the Green Arrow is kind of hilarious.

But I love John Diggle. And Ollie.
