I don't want to be one of those people who keeps flouncing and then coming back five minutes later but pretty much everyone told me to give SPN another try so I did


Okay, that was 100% better than last week. I'm still not digging the boys being insensitive assholes but, you know, after all they've been through I can't really blame them.

I'm still not on board with Sam not even trying to look for Dean after the whole Purgatory thing but I'm hoping that'll get addressed at some point. And if it's not I'm just going to pretend it didn't happen.

Crowley is such a delightful dick. I am going to be kind of sad when he eventually gets his. I just love the way he calls the boys on all their stupid bullshit. Is it bad that I'm rooting for the bad guy?

I didn't really realise how much I missed Cas until he was back. AND DEAN FINALLY HUGGED HIM. I guess that's what happens when fandom beats everyone over the head with their demands for long enough ;)

It was great though. I'm glad that crazy!Cas is gone. And the hug and the leaving Dean to protect him. Ouch my feels. And it looks like the reason Dean didn't escape with Cas was because he slipped. OH GOD IT'S GOING TO HURT WHEN WE SEE THAT SCENE.

So, yes, more like that please.

I think I need to read some DCBB fics now :D

I have many men in my life; they ARE insensitive assholes, especially to each other. I think it's in the genetic coding. And lord, don't even get me started on my sons. They fight like, well, brothers ... and they even get along most days!

Word of warning, I think it's gonna be a long time before we unravel why Sam didn't look for Dean. Sam's situation is far more complicated than we know, I suspect.

I loooove the Purgatory flashbacks, and I'm so curious as to what happened to Cas Down There. (Over There? Where is Purgatory, anyway?) I hope they pay attention to detail in the mythos, though. The writers have been a little sloppy with that.

Anywho, I'm glad you kinda sorta liked it!

Welcome Back!!!! We would have missed you. Also, after having watched the scene where Cas "slipped", I think he actually let go because Dean couldn't get through the gate. It would also explain Dean's comment about Cas just "letting go". ;-)

I have also decided to give it another go mainly because of a guest actor coming in that i really love

No watching it live even if Cas is in it as being tired just made things worse especially when he is only on screen for a few minutes

the thing i liked about this season is that Dean really seems to miss Cas that was one of the things that made me mad before was that it never seemed like he gave a damn the Angel saying that Cas's problem was that he had too much heart almost broke my heart
