So, Stephen Moffatt and Mark Gatiss are geniuses and I want to marry their brains.
I LOVED IT! I loved the way they modernised the story. I loved Sherlock freaking out because for the first time in his life he was afraid. I loved his little fight with John which he then tried to apologise for in a really crap way and then cemented the apology by doing an experiment on John.
I love how the throwaway line about a cell number, which I nearly ranted about on Twitter because it bugged me, was RELEVANT TO THE PLOT
I love that the barman assumed John and Sherlock were gay which reminded me of the days when Sam and Dean used to get regularly mistaken for a gay couple.
And Moriarty is so obsessed with Sherlock that he wrote his name all over the walls. I was confused about that. Wasn't Moriarty out and about during the last episode? Now he's in jail. How did that happen?
But overall SO MUCH LOVE!
