I've decided that rather than doing a random stream of consciousness commentary style review I'd just sit down and watch the ep and then type up my thoughts.

I have to say I am amused that apparently all hospitals in SPN have the same style of gown. Dean's is identical to the one Cas wore in S5. Oh, wait... *g*

Well, apart from Dean being a dick I really liked this episode. Tight plot, nicely paced, dramatic ending. Good stuff. Shame it made me kind of hate Dean really.
