So, at the same time that I bought the tickets for Nashville I e mailed Creation and asked them how to get the convention rate for the hotel as being in the UK I can't really phone as their site suggests.
At the weekend I sent them a chaser as I hadn't received our seat numbers and I still hadn't heard anything about the hotel.
I got an e mail saying I would get my seat numbers within seven days and that my hotel query would be passed on to the guy who deals with the hotel booking
Now I've had an a email from the hotel booking guy saying my query has been passed to the hotel.
TOO MANY PEOPLE!
And I still don't have our seat numbers.
