Does anyone have any suggestions for something natural I can take to help me sleep on the plane on Wednesday. I don't want to be doped up to the eyeballs and groggy but I do want to sleep for at least a few hours to try and combat the jetlag
Edit: It's not to combat anxiety or anything btw. I don't get nervous flying I just find it really hard to sleep
