Well, it seems I have fallen afoul of the SPN version.

the_fmly_bzns sharing her story of how she and her dying friend reconnected over S4 of SPN and Castiel specifically before he passed. She told this story to Misha as well and I found it quite touching. She friended me after sharing her story on the Mishappreciation meme I hosted a while back.
Only apparently she made it up
WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT? It's bad enough duping the fandom but to drag the actors into it too? So very not cool.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I asked on the anon meme before posting this because obviously the person who made that post could have been lying for whatever reason. Someone else said they came across her in the QaF fandom and that the post is legit
So, yeah, be warned. I have defriended her and I am flocking this but I thought people should know.
If you choose to give her the benefit of the doubt that is totally fine. I guess I'm just naturally less trustful having been burned before
