spn_j2_bigbang draws nigh that I haven't read a good long J2 fic in ages.
Lo and behold one popped up in one of my comms this evening.
Unfortunately the author decided to list everything that was wrong with it in the fic header and by the time I got done reading that I really didn't want to bother with the fic itself.
I know a lot of people have said this before, including me, but writers for the love of God don't put down your own fics in the header. Yes, it may garner a few sympathy comments but it will put a hell of a lot more people off wanting to read it in the first place.
