AND I just read this fic, which was not very well written, but the idea was BRILLIANT
In On The Head Of A Pin Uriel tells Castiel that the only thing that can kill an angel is another angel. Since they have highlighted time and time again that Lucifer is an angel and not a demon, Castiel is the only one who can kill Lucifer.
WANT THIS TO HAPPEN!
