Here's a question

So, we know that Dean is Michael's vessel and Sam is Lucifer's vessel.

Why hasn't Michael talked to Dean directly? I mean Lucifer has talked to Sam.

Why send Zachariah when everyone knows that Dean hates him and doesn't trust him. Why not try and get Castiel on-side or something if he is unable to talk to Dean himself.
