I'm just thinking about Dean giving Castiel his amulet and how it symbolises him transferring his love from Sam (the amulet has always been a symbol of their bond) to Castiel. Maybe this is something I will write fic about if it hasn't already been done while I was away.
I'm feeling less annoyed with Dean now that a bit of time has passed btw, mostly by consoling myself with the knowledge that he's going to be miserable without his brother around and that when they eventually reunite it's going to be a thing of beauty.
I kind of also want fic where Dean gets Cas to watch over Sam for him. Has that been done? Could even be potential for a Sam/Cas fic or maybe just some nice gen
Why does Castiel have Sam's phone number and not Dean's anyway? I think this is something else that needs to be explored.
