Right, there's one thing I don't get. Sam stopped drinking Ruby's blood once Dean came back, right. Because there were all those references to 'I'm not doing that anymore' etc and we didn't know what he was talking about until On The Head Of A Pin, correct? Why did he not go through all the detox symptoms the first time around? I mean he goes from drinking Ruby's blood in OTHOAP to being all weak and dizzy in The Rapture. I don't understand why that didn't happen the first time around too.

Ok, is it weird that when Alistair has Sam strapped down to the bed the first thing I noticed was Sam's bare feet? LOL! Where are his shoes?

Hmm...so Castiel says that if Sam consumes the amount of demon blood needed to kill Lilith it would change Sam forever and turn him into something Dean would have to kill. Oh, god, I am scared for S5 now

I remember loving the scene with hallucination!Dean the first time around and it's still amazing. The direction and the acting are perfect.

Oh, I am still pissed at Cas for letting Sam go like that

It's still grates whenever anyone but Dean calls Castiel Cas but especially when it's Anna for some reason

Ah, it's been a while since we've seen a single tear of emo man pain from Dean

I know I say this every time but I really, really hate seeing the boys hit each other. I'm not a Wincester but the best thing about the show is Sam and Dean's relationship and whenever it breaks down like this it makes me sad

I'm seeing an almost amusing irony in Dean getting choked by Sam. He really needed to throw Sam into a wall for good measure.

It's not funny though. It's very sad. I hate seeing Sam so twisted like this

And Dean has become John, reciting the exact same line. Oh, it breaks my heart :(

I'm not really sure what else I'm supposed to say to that. Is it bad that more than anything my over-riding feeling was frustration at Castiel. Whatever happened to him in heaven must have been pretty damn bad to have him let Sam go AND turn Anna in. I'm seriously hoping he sorts himself out next week. Dean needs him.

I'm not worried about Sam and Dean really. If they don't work things out next week I'm sure they will next season. It's not a show otherwise, right?

Well, here I am on the final episode. I started this marathon on 18th May. Feels kind of weird for it to be over, but I'm not doing it again. LOL! Well, maybe when S5 has finished if I still love the show enough to be in the fandom.

I really do love the way this episode is directed.

And of course Ruby was playing Sam. Still, she's dead now. Thank god!

CASTIEL!!!! OMG!!!! He is so in love with Dean! And Chuck was back! And I loved Chuck trying to comfort Cas.

Who directed this episode? Because it was absolutely stunning!

Although Doctor Walden from SV as the demonic priest was mildly distracting. I kept expecting him to talk about chicken scratch ;)

Oh, I cannot WAIT for the epic Dean/Cas fics that are going to come over the summer!

And didn't I tell you Sam and Dean wouldn't stay broken up for long *is smug*

Watching this reminded me of watching The Gift for the first time. Ah, happy days.

I'm kind of amazed at how quickly I went from pretty much hating season four around the middle to absolutely loving it

And, you know, I don't know why I was on such a downer with S4. I enjoyed it a lot more the second time around. Apart from the magician ep which is still probably my least favourite episode of the whole show. Yes, even more than Route 666 which at least had a bit of Dean backstory.

Well, S5 starts in the US in less than 2 hours. I'm gonna crash now and maybe watch it before work because bogwitch is a bad influence on me
