Overall I liked it a lot, but I didn't cry. I think I'm kind of distanced from the whole thing a bit now. When I went to see Order of the Phoenix I'd just finished reading Deathly Hallows so I baweled my way through most of it. LOL!

I may not have cried but the funny bits were brilliantly funny. Lavender was amazing and pretty much just like I imagined her, and even Dan managed some good comedy moments when he was dosed up on the luck potion.

Ron was perfect as always, and I just wanted to give poor Hermione a hug.

I was pleased with how the whole Ginny thing went as well. I was really struggling to imagine the actress as a strong love interest for Harry based on what I saw of her in Chamber of Secrets but she has grown up a lot and worked perfectly in the role.

As said in the cut text Tom Felton was what made it for me though. He really did an amazing job going from an arrogant prick in the beginning to a scared kid by the end.

I kind of wish there had been more Neville but I know his time will come in the next film.

Obviously Alan Rickman owned every scene he was in.

The only thing I had major issue with was the whole half blood prince explanation. Snape says it's him but not why or anything. I'm sure there was more detail in the book and I think we could have used that in the film really, since it's the title and all.

Also, for those Leverage fans on my flist. Luna = Parker y/y?
