hilsI was willing to give Season 8 a go even though there was no Lex and aside from the atrocity that was Lana's return it's actually been a fairly pleasant ride. However, I was consoling myself with the fact that this would likely be the final season. Now there's going to be a season 9

Now, I love Tom and I love Clois but, really, enough is enough.
I've already reached the sad realisation that I probably won't write much more Clex when I get my final two WIPs finished, because the show just isn't inspiring me anymore. This is the final nail in the coffin really. Talk about flogging a dead horse.
