hilsI've decided the best way to keep on top of my writing but not get overwhelmed is to work out some sort of routine (because I am anal and plan stuff like this) and also to rotate my two main fandoms. Something like this
Merlin fic
Merlin icons
Smallville fic
Smallville icons
Obviously if challenges come up or there's a bunny that HAS to be written I can always break the routine but at least this way I'll always have something to work on.
I have 3 Smallville WIPs that I started last year that are first on the agenda for completion, as well as my Merlin RPS fic that I will now be writing because![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yavannauk pouted at me. And I've also got my ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
10_hurt_comfort table to complete so don't worry about me having left the Smallville fandom. There will be lots from me this year, I promise.
The Merlin fic I'm working on at the moment seems to have evolved. When I first had the idea it was just going to be a couple of missing scenes but has now developed a plot of its own and is turning into a re-writing of big chunks of 1x13 to make it slashy. I'm at 2000 words and Arthur has only just woken up. LOL.
