Exercise is good for you. Who knew?
Jun. 19th, 2008 12:53 pmI really wasn't in the mood for aerobics last night and I spent the entire warm-up routine seething and pissed off. Once we got going though I channelled my energy into working out and I felt better (and knackered) by the end of it. I think it helped that we had a different instructor and she played lots of good music.
Got an e mail from my inside source (doesn't that sound James Bond) in Newcastle this morning and he's hearing murmurs of a new recruitment drive. He reckons I should hear something fairly soon.
I think half the reason I feel so antsy is that I'm just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring.
Oh, and my driving instructor is going to give me two lessons next week because I can't do this weekend. YAY!
