hilsI'm not getting my money back.
Aparently, despite me doing what the security office told me to do, it's not their responsibility as our office should have had an emercency prodedure in place.
It's total bullshit!
My boss is away until tomorrow so he doesn't know yet, but I've asked for something in writing so I can take it further if needed.
