I am annoyed

hilsI'm annoyed and I can't decide if I'm being irrational and/or hypocritical
I'm trying to remember if I've tuned into specific episodes of a show just to see an actor I like. I don't think I have but I might have forgotten.
I am getting annoyed with a small group of people in the Buffy fandom who are getting excited about Smallville because James is going to be in it. From what I can tell these people don't watch Smallville and will only be watching the episodes that James is in.
It just strikes me as silly. They're not going to know what's going on (admittedly those of us in the fandom don't know what's going on sometimes) and they don't seem to care. It just seems a bit shallow.
It probably shouldn't bother me and on a normal day it probably wouldn't but I'm tired and when I'm tired silly things annoy me and right now these people are annoying me.
I think the best thing to do is go to bed.
Oh, and I am locking this post for obvious reasons but I know at least one person on my flist will know who I'm talking about.
And my Halloween fic is now at 4000 words and is about half done. I think. I keep adding stuff. LOL.
