WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
This is hard for me because I am way too critical of my stuff. I might like it when I post it but eventually I start to see flaws that I never noticed before. I always think it could be better. LOL.
Anyway, here is my list
1. Lost and Found (PotC, Jack/Norrington)
This is the only fic I've written where I'm still pretty pleased with how it turned out. Especially since I wrote this before Dead Man's Chest came out and my version of Norrington was pretty accurate
2. Six Weeks (Smallville, Clark/Lex)
This is one that kind of went the other way to how I usually view my fics. I hated it at first but after leaving it a while and reading it again I'm pretty pleased with it. I had a lot of fun coming up with all the different ways Conner could try and get Clark and Lex back together
3. Press-Ganged (BtVS, Buffy/Spike AU)
Unfortunately my Buffy muse left me in the middle of this, which is a shame because I was really into it for ages and was really pleased with how it was going. It was my first attempt at more mature writing and whilst it seems fairly tame now at the time it was a big deal for me. I did eventually finish it but there was a 4 year gap between parts 6 and 7 which I think maybe lets it down a bit...
4. Outside It's Raining (LotR RPS, Sean Bean/Viggo Mortensen)
Just because it was my first attempt at RPS of any kind. Without this we would not have had...
...5. When Tomorrow Comes (Smallville RPS, Tom Welling/Michael Rosenbaum)
I just had so much fun with this one.
