Technical glitch has been resolved and we are no longer showing as being £200 overdrawn. However, we have been charged £25 for being overdrawn when we weren't and the bank is refusing to refund the fee. Their reasoning is because they have no record of us ringing them yesterday.
Further action WILL be taken by us and we WILL be changing bank.
