Ok, now I'm confused

hilsWindows Explorer is now shutting down whenever I try and browse to anything on my laptop at all. Both on the C drive and on my portable hard drive.
I can still do a search and access anything I want but obviously this is a problem. And now I have to go to work so I can't fiddle and try and fix it
Gah!
Edit: Ok, so from what I read on Google this is a common problem with Vista *kicks it*
I've attempted to do a system restore to a point prior to me first noticing the problem but that has't fixed it. Seriously don't have time to try anything else now as I have to go to work
