I had a chat with the guy who interviewed me last week to see where I went wrong. He wasn't able to give me specifics as that's all in a report he's sent to our personnel department to send to me (wtf?). He gave me some general advice of the sorts of things interviewers are looking for though so I think I have a good idea of what I want to say.

Blind panic has slightly reduced now and I just need to keep it that way
