hilsI seem to have this thing where whenever I go out with the intention of getting drunk I never seem to manage it no matter how much I drink. I only seem to get drunk when I'm not thinking about it
Ah well. I had fun and I hope the others who were out with me did too. Greg bought me Red Son for my birthday which I'm looking forward to reading. Superman is probably one of the most straightfoward superheroes so I like the idea of doing different things with him. Ever since I saw Superman Returns I keep asking Greg questions about the comic version of Superman and he recommended this to me.
Overall it was a quiet birthday bash compared to others but I still enjoyed myself. Only Monday at work next week and then I'm off for 2 weeks. WHEE!
