My afternoon
Aug. 12th, 2006 04:52 pmI popped into Boots on the way to Greg's and printed off a big photo of me and Nathan and me and Alan from Collectormania. The ones I had taken when I was getting my autographs. I might relace the photo of me and James which I have on my desk at work with the one of me and Nathan (don't throw things at me)
Greg's kitten is so affectionate. She really does miss human company. When I got into the house she climbed up onto my shoulder and refused to get down. She just sat there like a pirate's parrot purring into my ear. After about 10 minutes of me wandering around with her sat on me I finally managed to get her to climb down. She then spent another 10 mins sat nuzzling my face with her head. So cute. When she was finally satisfied I wasn't going to immediately abandon her she decided it was time to play (while I was watching a DVD and having some lunch). This involved her batting a scrunched up bit of foil around the floor with her paw, then picking it up in her mouth and dropping it on me until I threw it for her to chase some more. She must think she's a dog. LOL
In between throwing foil for the cat I watched Open Range. Nothing too exciting. A fairly average Western really. I've been watching too much Deadwood. I was waiting for all the swearing to start. LOL
Left Greg's at about 4pm, after making sure the cat had enough food and water. Felt kind of bad about leaving her but I'll go back tomorrow after work and check on her again. Greg gets back tomorrow night
My XP version of Simon 2 arrived today! WHEE!
