hilsWe've just got the bond back from my old house and included was an invoice for the following
£17 for hoover tool that was missing - if I find it I'm posting it back to her.
£2 for a replacement bulb for the dining room
Carpet cleaning - £30 (fair enough)
Oven cleaning - £30
Bathroom cleaning - £20
Replacement batteries for doorbell -£6
1. Lightbulbs do NOT cost £2. They're about 50p
2. I spent 40 mins cleaning that oven and even if it was still a bit grubby there's no way it costs £30 to clean it
3. There was NOTHING wrong with the bathroom and again it wouldn't cost £20 to have it cleaned.
4. Batteries? WTF? They don't cost £6 for a start
If we don't pay the bill in 8 days then we'll be charged 20% interest. You get better interest rates than that from a bloody loan shark!
God my landlady is such a bitch. I'm so glad we're away from her. I love my new flat.
