hilsLunch with the CE boiled down to this. There will be no management jobs coming up any time soon so we all need to either move away from York, leave or stay in our current roles. Meh
To be honest I really don't want to be a manager that desperately. I get a pay rise every year and I have enough money to live comfortably. I don't have a desperate urge to manage people or take on all the extra hassle of being a manager so maybe I'll just stay where I am. I can always get a different job at the same grade if I fancy a change.
I feel quite drained. I'm going to watch Desperate Housewives when I get home, do some more packing and then probably go to bed.
