hilsJust been told that Greg isn't leaving our office after all so I have to hand over deputy duty to him for 3 months in a couple of weeks :(
It's disappointing but obviously the right decision. Our office has been struggling for a while due to a couple of people being on long term sick leave and a couple of people who are weaker workers than the rest. If Greg left we'd only have 3 experienced people in a team of 8. So Greg stays. Obviously he is disappointed too because he was supposed to be moving into a full time deputy job too. But it needs to be done.
Ah well
Going to watch Lost now and then we're going to the pub later for a couple of drink to say goodbye to one of the women from work who is leaving
On a training course all day tomorrow. What fun.
Oh, and we just received a gas bill for £200. I'm sure that's not right. The end reading is an estimate and they must have got it wrong. No way we've used £200 of gas in 4 months
