Lost Souls

I read another chapter of Lost Souls last night and I think a lot of the reason I'm not enjoying it so much this time is simply that I've gotten older. The whole Nothing plotline is very much about teenage angst and trying to find your place in the world. The first time I read the book I was 21 and whilst not a teenager I could still remember what it was like. I'm going to be 27 this year and my teenage years seem a lifetime ago now.

I'm going to stick with the book but I can see why it's not hitting me so much as it did last time

I think I need to read Poppy's more recent books Prime and Liquor
