hilsI always knew I was a bit overweight but I've just been told by the nurse that if I put on much more weight I will be classed as obese.
WTF? I'm not huge or anything.
I've been told I have to lose at least a stone before my next check up in 6 month
How utterly depressing. Back on the Weight Watchers diet for me and to the gym next week
