Went to the bank (again) today. As I suspected it all went horribly wrong. First of all they denied the existence of the temporary overdraft extension I was told about yesterday. I phoned up and spoke to the person I spoke to yesterday. He asked me to get someone from the branch so I did. He spoke to her and they sorted it out. THEN I was told that since I still don't have the paperwork for my new card that I could only withdraw over the counter and I could only do that with my cheque book. Did I have my cheque book with me? No. My card isn't a cheque card so why would I carry my cheque book with me? It's only for paying bills. So, now I have to go back on Monday with my cheque book and then I can have some money.

Considering I started this whole process 3 weeks ago it's getting a bit damn silly
