hilsFeel slightly less on the verge of collapse today which hopefully means I won't be having attacks of rage at work. Went to bed early last night and had weird dreams. Can't remember all of them but the two that stick in my mind are
1. I was travelling on a bus with Mum-Ra and I'd told Dad-Ra to meet us at 2pm. We got back at 8:30pm and naturally he was really pissed off and wanting to know why we didn't ring his mobile. I checked my bag and found that I had my old phone from about 3 years ago and it didn't work.
2. Pippin got dragged into a swimming pool by some sort of monster. Merry and Aragorn saved him
Weirdness
Gah, I have so much to do today! It's our work party this afternoon so I have to pick up some mince pies on the way to work. Then when the party is over I have to go into town and get some Euros with the last of my money. Then I have to come back and pack as my parents will be arriving not long after I finish work tomorrow. Then Jacqui and I will be having our evening of pizza, Love Actually and present opening. Then it will be time for bed
Tomorrow I will go to work, come home at lunchtime and head back to my parents pretty much straight away. I think we're going to stop at the station on the way so I can get my train tickets to the airport. Hopefully I'll then be able to spend a relaxed afternoon and evening getting to know Max (the new dog), catching up on my DVDs and doing some reading.
Christmas Eve we'll be going out for lunch and then having a quiet afternoon in.
Christmas Day we'll have present opening, Christmas dinner and sleeping. LOL
And then Christmas is over. EEK!
Oh, and on a totally unrelated note we watched Gettin' Square last night. Daisy is so cute, even when he's playing a heroin addict (hey, it worked for Dom in Lost) who wears flip flops
