A slightly crude joke

A woman is in a coma and has been for some time. One day when she is getting a bed bath from the nurses they notice a reaction when they are cleaning beneath her breasts. They call her husband in and suggest he try doing this on a regular basis. He does and each time there is a reaction. The nurses suggest he try moving things down south a little so he starts using his fingers and there is even more of a reaction. Finally the nurses suggest he try oral sex and the woman flatlines. The nurses ask the man what happened and he replied

"I think she choked"
