I need to lose some weight. About a stone. Must cut down on chocolate and naughty food and start exercising again. I've ordered a book called 8 Minutes In The Morning which apparently has some good stretches and exercises to do that get your fat burning muscles working and aren't too strenuous on the joints. My knees and ankles are crap and hurt if I do anything like running or cycling.

There used to be a swimming pool just around the corner from here but it closed down. Pity, I love swimming and it's a good all over exercisr too
